Petitioner is accused in connection with Rahui (Bhaganbigha) P.S. Case No. 259 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504/34 of the I.P.C. The accusation is that while the informant was doing the work of agriculture, petitioner and two others reached there and started to assault the informant and at that time, this petitioner gave the spade blow at the head of the informant, who became unconscious.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the occurrence took place due to land dispute. Moreover, there is no

Further it is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 15.01.2016. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Rahui (Bhaganbigha) P.S.
