Petitioner is accused in connection with N.T.P.C. P.S. Case No. 01 of 2019 registered under Sections 399, 402, 411, 414 of the I.P.C., section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act and section 20/22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is in custody since 02.01.2019. He has no criminal antecedent. Further submission is that the alleged recovery is less than commercial quantity.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32097 of 2019(7) dt.13-09-2019 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in connection with NTPC P.S. Case No. 01 of 2019.
