JUSTICE AMARESH KUMAR LAL ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that there is specific allegation of overtact against the petitioner and after investigation the case has been found true. Charge-sheet has been submitted and the charge has already been framed against the petitioner for the offence punishable under Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and the trial is going on, in my opinion, the petitioner does not deserve bail at this stage. His prayer for bail is rejected.

Let the trial be expedited.
