2. The father of the minor victim girl has approached this Court for handing over the victim girl to him.

3. By the impugned order minor victim has been sent to the Government Protection Home, Gaighat, Patna.

4. In view of the above, this application is allowed.

5. The order dated 04.04.2024 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Juge-VI, Vaishali, Hajipur in Jurawanpur P.S. Case No. 152 of 2023 is hereby quashed. He is directed to release the victim girl from the Government Protection Home, Gaighat, Patna in favour of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
