Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1425 of 2025(2) dt.22-07-2025 2/2 for a direction upon the respondents to conduct fair and proper investigation of Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No.234 of 2021. 3.

The S.H.O. of Gandhi Maidan Police Station, who has appeared in another matter, has submitted that in this case charge-sheet has already been filed after finding the case true.
