1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) To direct the respondent nos. 3 and 4 to reconstruct the gali adjacent to NH/30 A, from the house of Siya Ram Singh to Jai Prakash Singh, in connection with work Head-3054, pertaining to repairing works for financial year 2017-18.

(ii) To constitute high level enquiry committee who find out as to how public money has been misused and misappropriated.

(iii) To cancel the license of the contractor, i.e. Respondent no.4, after receipt of the high level

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Patna, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
