Petitioner is languishing in custody since 05.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the informant's motorcycle was stolen. The same was recovered from the possession of Arun Yadav @ Arun Rai. The name of the petitioner sprang up on the confessional statement of co-accused.

Considering the fact that recovery has not been made from the possession of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4229 of 2015 (2) dt.02-02-2015 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 178 of 2014.
