2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 63 of 2024 arising out of G.R.P. P.S. Case No. 554 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20(b) ii (B) of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 10 kg of ganja has been recovered from the petitioner.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 03.08.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the huge recovery, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
