Stolen mobile and some articles are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner but petitioner is in jail custody since 04.12.2015 and having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused has already been granted privilege of bail.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Civil Line P.S.Case No. 379 of 2014.
