The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 19.05.2021, passed in Cr.Misc. No. 34971 of 2020, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail.

It is submitted that due to Covid-19 pandemic, the petitioner could not surrender in the court below and furnish the bail bond within the stipulated time.

For the reasons disclosed in the application, it is allowed and the time granted by order dated 19.05.2021, passed in Cr.Misc. No. 34971 of 2020 for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from today. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) HR/- U T
