JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are named in the first information report but only suspicion has been raised against them on the ground that earlier, they had threatened the deceased and had also made attempt to commit murder of the deceased by throwing poison into well.

Admittedly, none has seen the actual killing of the deceased and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioners who do not have any criminal antecedent.

No.9673 of 2016 (2) dt.01-03-2016 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna in connection with Belchi P.S.Case No. 57 of 2015.
