In compliance of the order passed in the writ petition the authorities have completed the process of regularization and the seven vacant posts have been filled up. The last person from the panel who was allowed regularization is at serial no. 13. The petitioners are below serial no. 13 in the panel prepared by the District Level Selection Committee, Patna.

In view of such consideration having been done by the authorities, the contempt proceedings are dropped. Petitioner's counsel submits that he will be approaching the authorities as the consideration is not in accordance with law.
