The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 23.05.2018 passed by the Commandant, 26 Battalion, C.R.P.F, Bokaro, Jharkhand whereby the petitioner has been removed from the service on the ground of unauthorized absence from the duty.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents would submits that petitioner has statutory

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Appellate Authority. In the event the appeal is preferred by the petitioner along with a copy of this order within a period of one month from today, the Appellate Authority will decide the appeal appropriately in accordance with law and pass a reasoned/speaking order within a maximum period of three months from the date of preferring an appeal before it.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
