JUSTICE NANI TAGIA ORAL ORDER 15-05-2025 This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the District Teacher Employment Authority, Gopalganj to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner bearing Appeal No. 32 of 2014.

2. Though learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Appeal was filed in the year 2014, but he has not been able to apprise this Court as to when was the last order passed by the District Teacher Employment Authority, Gopalganj in Appeal No. 32 of 2014 and the reason for the District Teacher Employment Authority, Gopalganj for not being able to dispose of the Appeal No. 32 of 2014 for all these years.

3. Learned counsel representing the petitioner appears to be absolutely in dark as regards the status of Appeal No. 32 of 2014, stated to be pending before the District Teacher Employment Authority, Gopalganj.

4. District Teacher Employment Authority, Gopalganj has also not been made a party-respondent in the writ petition.

5. Under the circumstances, this writ petition is hereby disposed off with a liberty granted to the petitioner to take recourse to appropriate remedy that may be available to
