The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Mojahidpur P.S. Case No. 181 of 2015 registered under Sections 457,380 and 411 of Indian Penal Code with regard to theft of C.C.T.V and computer monitor.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in jail custody since 29.10.2015.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Mojahidpur P.S. Case no. 181 of 2015.
