The petitioner seeks bail in Pakribrawan (Dhamoul) P.S. Case No.188 of 2014 registered under Sections 25(1-B) A and 26 of the Arms Act.

From the possession of the petitioner loaded countrymade pistol and cartridge were recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 7.9.2014 and he is an accused in a case registered under Section 302/34 of the I.P.C.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

The trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6110 of 2015 (2) dt.13-02-2015 2/2 copy of this order. However, if the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail; firstly in the trial court.
