2. This application has been filed for direction to the respondents to remove the illegal encroachment from the Gairmajarua Aam Land subjected for Road and Khata No. 469, Khesra No. 6886 and Khata No. 469, Khesara No. 6886 situated at Village Rohra Khurd, Siwan.

3. In view of the prayer, the Circle Officer,

Patna High Court CWJC No.8577 of 2023(2) dt.23-11-2023 2/2 Barhariya, Siwan is directed to dispose of the representation dated 19.07.2022 filed by the petitioner in accordance with law after hearing all the concerned parties preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
