It is stated that vide order dated 05.04.2024, the connected writ application was disposed of but in the cause title portion of the petition as well as in the order-sheet, the name of petitioner no.2 has wrongly been typed as Beaty Kumari, daughter of Paradeep Prasad, whereas the correct name of the petitioner no.2 and her father is, Beauty Kumari, daughter of Pradeep Prasad @ Pradip Prasad, in all documents filed by petitioner no.2.

For the reasons stated in this application, this application is allowed and the name of petitioner no.2 and her father be read as Beauty Kumari, daughter of Pradeep Prasad @ Pradip Prasad.
