The petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No. 04 of 2013 arising out of C.B.I./ACB/R.C. Case No. 3(A)/2013 instituted for the offence under Sections 120(B) read with Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 477A of the Indian Penal Code, Section 13(2) read with Section 13(1)(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he got appointed as Gramin Dak Sewak (GDS) on the basis of forged certificates.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 16.07.2018.

Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge CBI-II, Patna, in connection with Special Case No. 04 of 2013 arising out of CBI/ACB/R.C.
