2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per F.I.R., on the alleged date and time of occurrence, all the accused persons including this petitioner called the brother of informant from his house and thereafter, brutally assaulted him with iron rod and threw acid on his body and thus, committed his murder.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant is not eye-witness to the occurrence and only on the basis of suspicion, petitioner has been made accused. As a matter of fact, the deceased wanted to sell his share to other persons, hence his own family members have killed him and

However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and there is specific allegation that he alongwith other co-accused persons brutally committed the murder of deceased and threw his dead-body in bush. He further submits that anticipatory bail petition of co-accused Lal Sah has already been rejected by this Court, vide order dated 10.07.2024 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 25471 of 2024.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
