JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 24.5.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that from the possession of the petitioner one musket loaded with cartridges was recovered. Considering the period in custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Munger in connection with Bariarpur P.S. Case No. 69 of 2014.

Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11312 of 2015 (2) dt.26-03-2015 2/2 of the petitioner in case the petitioner gets involved in serious offence or defaults without any reasonable cause on two consecutive occasions.
