JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One live cartridge of 12 bore is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 19.12.2015. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and the investigation against him has already been completed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S.Case No. 489 of 2015.
