The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 401, 413, 414, 467, 468, 471, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that on 14.03.2019 P.S.I. Raj Kishore Singh of Belsar O.P. got a confidential information that 10 to 15 persons are present in the mela and they have making plan to commit theft of motorcycle and they have also kept the stolen motorcycle. After that informant to this case proceeded from the O.P. Belsar and arrived at place of occurrence with other police personnel and then, having seen the police force accused persons started away flee away from there but some persons were

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31476 of 2019(2) dt.05-07-2019 2/2 surrounded and caught by police force. During the course of investigation they disclosed their names of the petitioners. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 15.03.2019. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners and have got no criminal antecedent. Petitioners are quite innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. There is no recovery from the possession of the petitioners. Only on suspicions the police has arrested the petitioners. The co-accused has been granted bail by this Hon'ble Court in Cr. Misc. No.31163 of 2019 dated 10.05.2019. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Vaishali P.S.
