1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for grant of an appropriate writ for a direction to the respondents to pay to the petitioner the salary admissible to the husband of the petitioner since 22.07.1996 to 03.06.1917 with statutory interest on sum illegally withheld by the respondents.

2. That the petitioner prays for the following RELIEFS:- (I) For grant of an appropriate writ for quashing the Office order no. 109 dated 29.08.12022 (File No. RTC A/C R Cell 08/2021) under the signature of the Chief of Administration, Bihar State Road

(II) For grant of an appropriate writ for quashing the final order dated 18/04/2023 passed by the Appellate Authority, Transport Department namely the Secretary, Transport Department, Bihar, Patna in so for as it has been held the competent authority has passed order on the point of payment of salary on the principle of no work no pay and there is no need to interfere with the same."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
