The petitioner seeks regular bail in Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 213 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant Executive Assistant lodged the case against unknown for loot of Rs.5,00,000/- while he was going to deposit in the bank.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The police forcibly obtained his confessional statement but no cogent evidence was collected. The petitioner was not even put on Test Identification Parade.
Having considered the fact that except the extra

No.3690 of 2015 (2) dt.28-01-2015 judicial confessional statement before the police, the police did not collect any tangible evidence to show the involvement of the petitioner and the First Information Report has been lodged against unknown, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 213 of 2014.
