The petitioner seeks regular bail in Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 49 of 2014 registered Sections 379, 411, 419, 420, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant lodged the case about the theft of his motorcycle against unknown. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of a co-accused. All other co-accused have already been enlarged on bail. The petitioner is in jail since 09.10.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
