2. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 111(1), 310(4), 310(5) of the B.N.S., Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Sections 8(c), 21(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. On a secret information, a raid was conducted and these two petitioners and other co-accused persons were apprehended and on search, one country-made pistol, six live cartridges, one Samsang mobile phone were recovered from possession of petitioner no. 1, whereas, two barrel gun, one country-made pistol, three live cartridges and one Realme mobile phone have been recovered from the possession of petitioner no. 2.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioners are in custody since 23.02.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Katihar / concerned Court in connection with Kursela P.S.
