The petitioner is not named in the first information report but from perusal of the impugned order, it would appear that name of the petitioner came in course of investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused and except the aforesaid material there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of regular bail by co-ordinate benches of this court. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Munger in connection with Kotwali P.S. case No.32/2014.
