2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Andar P.S. Case No. 29/2019.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated merely on the extra judicial confessional statement of co-accused Babloo Kumar Yadav and except which there is no other objective material to connect the petitioner with the alleged occurrence. The FIR is against four unknown persons.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of offence alleged as well as the criminal antecedents

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31196 of 2019(4) dt.05-08-2019 2/2 of the petitioner, who is accused in one prior case under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
