Patna High Court MJC No.2936 of 2018(6) dt.29-01-2020 2/2 passed in CWJC no. 3218 of 2017, the arrears of salary has already been computed and vide order dated 28.01.2020, the Principal Secretary, Bihar Rajya Khaad Aayog has directed for payment of the arrears of salary for the period specified therein to the petitioners.

Having regard to the show cause filed by the contemnors, I deem it fit and appropriate to dispose off the present contempt petition with a direction to the Member Secretary, Bihar Rajya Khaad Aayog to ensure actual payment of the arrears of salary within a period of four weeks from today, failing which he shall not draw his salary.
