JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 13-07-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through virtual court proceedings. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner in association of his family members used to torture the daughter of the informant for non-fulfillment of dowry demand and ultimately killed her.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that petitioner is in-laws of the deceased and husband of the deceased is already in custody. He further submits that petitioner bears no criminal antecedent and she is languishing in judicial custody since 24.12.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
