Petitioner seeks bail in Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 684 of 2013 registered under section364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The mother of the victim boy Pawan Kumar alleged that her son went along with Niraj Kumar Pathak, and Vishal Kumar but did not return.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report. Name of the petitioner figured during the course of investigation but on mere suspicion. It transpired that the victim was indulged and he was talking about selling of Ganja with one Chintu Kumar. Considering the fact that the petitioner is not
