Stolen motorcycle has been recovered from the house of the petitioner but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that at the time of recovery, petitioner disclosed that the aforesaid motorcycle was given to him by one co-accused Vikash Kumar. It is further submitted that petitioner is in jail custody since 13.9.2015 and he does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that charge sheet has already been submitted against the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
