12-08-2015 After some argument, Ms. Mahasweta Chatterjee, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Sri Prashant Sinha, learned counsel for the respondent/Employees Provident Fund Organisation, makes a prayer for disposal of the present petition so that the petitioner may avail statutory remedy. The prayer is allowed.

The writ petition stands disposed of with liberty, as indicated above.

It is made clear that if the petitioner approaches the authority concerned availing its statutory remedy within a period of six weeks from today, till then, no coercive step shall be taken against the petitioner.

It goes without saying that in case of non-approaching
