Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to AAG 12.

The petitioner in the present case is seeking disposal of his representation dated 06.03.2019 as contained in Annexure '5' to the writ application. He has also prayed for a direction to the respondent authorities to revoke the suspension of the petitioner which is said to be in effect from 27.5.2017. Pursuant to the last order dated 08.06.2020 learned counsel for the State has sought instruction from the District Magistrate, Lakhisarai. On instruction learned counsel submits

Patna High Court CWJC No.11913 of 2019(3) dt.11-06-2020 2/2 that the suspension of the petitioner has been revoked on 08.06.2020. It is submitted that the disciplinary proceeding against him is pending and the same will also be disposed of within a reasonable time as the inquiry report has already been submitted on 27.07.2019.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the State, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the concerned authority to pass appropriate order in the pending disciplinary proceeding within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. Since the order of suspension has already been revoked, no order need be passed in respect thereof by this Court.
