The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 25(1-B) a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was apprehended along with two other persons and on search, from the possession of the petitioner one mobile and key of motorcycle were recovered. No arms and ammunitions were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 11.09.2014.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Rampur P.S. Case No. 266 of 2014.
