JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ / writs, order/orders and / or direction/directions to the concerned respondents to make correction of Nationality of the petitioner as Nepali instead of Indian in his certificate of intermediate examination, 2009, issued by Bihar School Examination Board, Patna and to issue a fresh certificate thereof to the petitioner after proper correction of the petitioner's citizenship and to grant other relief or reliefs to the petitioner in the facts and circumstances of the case."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.16336 of 2017(2) dt.24-04-2023 2/2 seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Secretary, Bihar School Examination Board, Patna, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted. It is needless to state that in case, appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner before the Secretary, Bihar School Examination Board, Patna, within a period of four weeks from today, he shall pass a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
