1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):-

Patna High Court CWJC No.8427 of 2024(2) dt.18-07-2024 2/2 "1.(a) That this application is being filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ/ direction commanding the respondents to get the municipal Plot No. 27377 situated in Word No. 39 under Darbhanga Municipal Corporation belonging to Maharajgaj, Mosque (Masjid) free from the encroachment by local anti Social elements who have demolished the public toilet constructed upon this piece of land and trying to grab this land. b) The petitioner also seek appropriate direction to the respondent No. 2 to get this municipal Plot No. 27377 measured by a Government Amin and to restore the possession of the petitioner's Masjid over this plot."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Sadar, District-Darbhanga, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
