This application is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. against the order dated 26.07.2012 passed in Case No. 776 of 2012, whereunder the S.D.M. Dumraon on satisfying with the report of the Officer-in-Charge, Chakki O.P. submitted through non-F.I.R. No. 10 of 2012 directed the petitioner to appear on 09.08.2012 and to file show cause why he should not be directed to furnish the bond of Rs. 50,000/- with two sureties of like amount to maintain peace for three years in the locality. On going through the impugned order, I do not find any illegality amounting to abuse of process of Court for interference in extraordinary jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C.
