The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barhara P.S.Case No.32 of 2010 registered for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 353, 379 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner along with one another was earlier rejected by this Court on 23rd January, 2014 with the following observations :- "However, if the trial of Barhara P.S.Case No. 32 of 2010, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia is not concluded within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, the petitioners would be at liberty to renew their prayer for bail."

It has been contended that till date only charges

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5021 of 2015 (2) dt.04-02-2015 2/2 have been framed in the case.

Be that as it may, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Prasant Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Purnea in connection with Barhara P.S.Case No. 32 of 2010.
