Petitioner is languishing in custody in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 111 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is of commission of death for dowry. Husband of the deceased is already in custody. Father-inlaw has already been allowed anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.42873 of 2016 on 24.11.2016. Allegation against the petitioner is similar to her husband. Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
