29.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 367 of 2014 registered under Sections 20(b)(ii)(c) and 22(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act pending before the Sessions Judge, Bhojpur at Ara.

Considering the amount of "Ganja" that was recovered from the Car which the Petitioner was driving, I am not inclined to grant him bail. The prayer for bail is rejected. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and for which reason it shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur at Ara, and the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur at Ara is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
