The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 928 of 2020 registered under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. From perusal of seizure list, it is evident that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioners. Further he submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 928 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
