In her statement recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C, victim completely denied the prosecution story rather stated that she has voluntarily solemnized her marriage with the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge I, Motihari in POSCO trial no. 23/2014 arising out of Chakiya P.S. Case no. 240/2014.
