Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 307, 324, 379 and some other ancillary Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34201 of 2022(2) dt.20-10-2022 2/2 As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons, including these petitioners, abused and assaulted the informant, his sons and villager as a result of which three persons sustained injuries.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the case. There is case and counter case. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that petitioners are named in the FIR. It is further submitted that in the alleged occurrence three persons sustained injuries and one of the injuries of injured, Ramesh Kumar, has been found to be grievous in nature.

Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) BKS/- U T
