Although petitioner is named in the first information report but the name of petitioner was disclosed by some villagers and after that, one Priyanka Devi also disclosed the name of petitioner. Moreover, more or less having similar allegation, one co-accused Anil Kumar has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Kutumba P.S.case No. 41 of 2015.
