1. Though, the present petition has been filed for restoration of a petition bearing Civil Revision No.158 of 2016, which was dismissed on account on non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 22.10.2016, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to raise all objections/issues, which have been raised in the Civil Revision petition, before the learned trial Court in the pending suit.

Patna High Court MJC No.2947 of 2018(3) dt.11-01-2024 2/2 Liberty so sought is granted.
