ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 23-01-2025 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the Respondent- Managing Director (M.D.) BIADA

Patna High Court CWJC No.8232 of 2023(23) dt.23-01-2025 2/2 with a representation ventilating his grievance.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent-BIADA has vehemently opposed the prayer sought for by the petitioner.

3. Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to give a suitable representation to the Respondent- M.D., BIADA ventilating his grievance within a period of four weeks from today. On such representation being received, the M.D., BIADA shall consider the same on its own merits and pass necessary orders.

4. It is needless to mention that before passing any order all the parties shall be put on notice. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.

5. With the above directions, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of.
