Petitioner is accused in connection with Special Case No. 20 of 2015 arising out of Vigilance P.S. Case No. 98 of 2015 registered under Sections 7/13(2) read with section 13(1)D of the Prevention of Corruption Act.

The accusation is of taking bribe of Rs. 36000/- by this petitioner being Programmer Officer, Sikandra Block, Jamui for releasing the Fund Transfer Order regarding the work under Manrega of Rs. 6 lakh.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in fact, Fund Transfer Order was passed regarding the work of Rs. 6 lakh under Manrega on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9526 of 2016 (4) dt.28-04-2016 2/2 23/24.11.2015. As such, no question arises about making the complaint on 25.11.2015 and taking bribe for the same. It is further submitted that the charge sheet has already been submitted in the case and petitioner is in custody since 02.12.2015. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge Vigilance-II, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 20 of 2015 arising out of Vigilance P.S.
