The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 101 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 337, 323, 435 436, 427, 307,332, 295(A), 333, 353, 153(A), 379 & 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Similarly situated accused has been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 04.02.2019 passed in Cr.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43774 of 2021(2) dt.12-04-2022 2/2 Misc. No. 6049 of 2019 that the reasons mentioned in order dated 04.02.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S.
